This unique, single cask Golden Rum has been selected by our founder, Mike Stuart to lead Foghouse Spirits into a new era, showcasing small batch spirits and transport you to your own memorable location.

A UNIQUE RUM

Sourced from the Caribbean by our partners in Royal Deeside, this Blended Rum consists of the finest spirit, initially matured in American Oak to combine flavours from three islands known for their quality styles of rum.

We have then selected this unique Octave Cask, once used to hold fresh Pedro Ximenez Sherry, to finish the spirit to complete the flavour process.

The cask yielded just 115 bottles.

Matured for 5 years, we bottled at just the right time to prevent the Pedro Ximenez Octave overpowering the unique flavours of the rum and instead, compliment them beautifully.

The Rum has been bottled at 49% ABV, with a Natural Colour and without Chill-Filtration.

The Single Cask Collection Pedro Ximénez Cask Rum Tasting Notes

Nose: Golden syrup, thick molasses and brown sugar combine with liquorice, star anise and raisins.

Palate: Rich and sweet, with notes of liquorice and oak spices, developing into some dry hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, raisins and aniseed balls. 

Finish: Long lasting, with notes of sweet rum, sherry spices, nutmeg and dried fruits.
