The drink is a version of a more classic Corpse Reviver, taking inspiration from Greek mythology. Orpheus the poet bargained with Hades to bring his dead wife, Eurydice back from the underworld. Haydes agreed that Orpheus must walk in front of her and not look back until both had reached the upper world. He turned around, but because Eurydice had not yet crossed the threshold, she vanished back into the Underworld.
Our mixologist put together this tremendous sweet and colourful drink, infused with honey and with a fresh, zesty flavour. There’s no history or fun story behind the name of this drink - we just loved the name and it seemed to describe it perfectly.
