For our unique Orange Blossom Honey release, we took the core ingredients of our inaugural small batch gin and added premium Greek Orange Blossom Honey.

This new recipe takes inspiration from both the heritage of mixology and the alluring flavours found around the Mediterranean; delivering notes of rosemary and olive balanced perfectly alongside the creamy sweetness of almond and liquorice root.

Orange Blossom Honey adds a sweetness to the flavour, creating a creamy texture as well as dry, citrus peel notes to every sip.

FOGHOUSE ORANGE BLOSSOM HONEY GIN TASTING NOTES

Nose. Fresh juniper, sweet honey, orange peel and subtle freshly mown grass.

Palate. A creamy, sweet mouthfeel, honey and almond nuts develop into bright, summer notes. Slight coastal notes with dry, long lasting citrus.

Finish. Long, and fragrant with a little spice. Dry orange peel and lasting juniper with herbal, savoury tones.
